Strawberry mousse:

Wash the strawberries (each use as many strawberries as you want, depending on the possibilities), cut them into cubes and put them in a saucepan with sugar and water. Boil for about 15 minutes, until the liquid drops. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

Beat with a mixer or blender until foamy.

Enough foam comes out of this amount, so you can pour it into a jar for jam and keep it in the fridge for cakes. From this, I used 3 tablespoons.

For the vanilla powdered sugar: I grind the sugar (as much as it fits in a jar) to make it finer and keep it in a jar with a vanilla pod to flavor it. From this, I used 2 tablespoons.

Now, to prepare the ice cream, mix the creamy yogurt with more or less strawberry mousse in a bowl, according to taste. Considering that yogurt tends to be sour, you can add more sugar to the strawberry mousse or now, when you prepare the ice cream, if you want more. Next, pour the ice cream in decorative forms or in a plastic box and put it in the freezer.

Good appetite!
